With its Smart Trade and Business Center concept, AKTIM, which was introduced by Bilgiçler Yapı in 2018, remains the focal point for investors. AKTIM is expanding without stopping, having inspired several investors and entrepreneurs to “Let me love my mind” since its inception.
In February 2018, the AKTIM expedition commenced, with AKTIM 1 rising on a spacious 28,000 m² plot in the center of Esenyurt. These 46 stores have developed into a hub where investors may grow their companies. Most notably, it was finished far sooner than expected—exactly 7 months ahead of schedule as opposed to the intended 18 months.
In February 2019, following its initial achievement, AKTİM 2 commenced construction in Kıraç. This project, spanning 48,000 square meters with 113 stores, saw an increase in goals and a multiplicity of results. It was finished six months ahead of schedule and made available to investors for use in just twelve months.
AKTİM started over with AKTİM 3, a new initiative, in September 2021, taking more decisive action than the previous one. AKTİM 3, which occupied a massive 38,000 m², welcomed investors with 10,000 m² of space and 157 separate stores. This project, which was successfully finished in February 2023, provides a business model that demonstrates AKTİM’s comprehension of convenience, logic, and quality.
